  • Interior Damage: While our team exercises maximum care, we are not liable for incidental scratches, scuffs, or minor dings to walls, floors, or doorframes during the removal of bulky items.

 

Prohibited Hazardous Materials

Afford-A-Haul does not haul hazardous waste as defined by local, state, or federal regulations (including, but not limited to, asbestos, chemicals, solvents, oils, or lead-based paints). The client warrants that all items provided for removal are free of hazardous substances. The client agrees to indemnify Afford-A-Haul against any costs, fines, or damages resulting from the undisclosed presence of hazardous materials.

 

Ownership of Items

Once items are loaded onto our vehicles, they are considered abandoned by the client and become the property of Afford-A-Haul. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or donate items at our sole discretion. We cannot return items once they have been hauled away.

In no event shall Afford-A-Haul be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the performance of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
